It was a really long day on the water yesterday, we logged in 139 miles in 13 hours, some of it screaming along at 17 miles an hour as opposed to our usual 9. We are newly retired and ready to cruise! Our 32 foot Cape Island trawler, North Star, will be our summer cruiser in Canada and our 44 foot Marine Trader, Hemingway, is our warm climate cruiser, presently in Florida. Our land home is a small cottage outside of Lewisporte, Newfoundland, Canada.
