Running a emergency call with the bomberos

A women in labor was having complications and we had to drive her to the nearest hospital - an hour and a half away. The poor women had to lay there in serious pain with tears coming out of her eyes for 1.5 hrs on a bumpy mountain road. They sure make tough women here!
