The three day boat trip from Vietnam into Cambodia along the Mekong Delta brought us to a floating market, fishing village, a crocodile farm (I thought this was for rescued crocs but it turns out the crocs were being turned into shoes and hand bags!!!), a village where they showed us how to make coconut candy yum yum , then on a speed boat the following day that took us into Cambodia.
