We have crossed the mountains west from Oslo to the Stalheim Hotel, by train, cog railway, boat, and bus. Tomorrow we continue to Bergen by bus for 2 1/2 hours. After a lively boat ride shared with a tour group of Italians, and a nice visit with a young Chinese man who spoke very good English who shared our table, we entered another world at the hotel.
