Monday 21st August 2006 We left Barrytown on our way to Franz Joseph. On the way I saw a sign (too fast to get my camera out - as ever!) that made me laugh - “Kum Ho tyres”. I had been on holidays to Europe and a bit further afield, but never done the proper 'Round the World' backpacking adventure. I started planning for that very event in 2004.
