The Middle Way Meditation Retreat

I wasn’t entirely sure what to expect for my week long meditation retreat in Chang Mai. I took a taxi to Wat Phra Dhammakaya (the temple we’d be leaving from in Bangkok) around 6pm on Sunday evening.
