Last in the swim but caught up on the run segment!

Our new friends, Josh and Tiffany invited us to come to their Splash n' Dash on Friday evening. What a wonderful way to unwind after a week in the office - jump into the Indian Ocean for a 300 meter swim and finish with a 4km run on the oceanside path. Cant sit too long

As middle-aged travelers and tri-athletes we made a point to connect with tri-clubs in Western Australia who warmly welcomed us to local events. We are travelers who prefer to visit with locals rather than local attractions. Our choice is to stay in small towns and rural communities, and regional parks.
