Taller de musica en Iquitos

Most of my week in Iquitos (northern amazon) was spent interviewing different NGOs working with street children. La Canoa, from which this picture was taken from was by far one of the most interesting. Their day programs emphasize the arts as a means to developing self esteem, dealing with traumatic pasts, and general education. They would love to have some volunteers if anyone's interesting in working with them.
