Birrieria los Nueve Esquinas.

I ordered the “goat” stew for which the restaurant is noted. We had walked several blocks to try this dish. The restaurant’s “pimp” tried his best to assure us that the meat was “res” (beef). We wanted to try goat. We’re not sure what we got.

Miercoles, 7 Marzo, We left Zacatecas at the 8000 foot elevation and headed southwest to Guadalajara.
