Trying to enter VIETNAM - HAPPY NEW YEAR or not

No strike 3, so i'm back. From the guest house in Kong Lo we waited for a sawngthaew (local bus with basically 2 planks in the back of a truck, usually covered and the back open so you can get in and out) Within 1/4 hour one showed up, we hopped on, there was only one direction to go, to the main road 40 klm away. Sean and I met in 2005, the year we went to Costa Rica. We have been best friends ever since, although we had bumpy roads . I am french Canadian from Montreal and Sean is from British Colombia.
