View from top floor of Matsumoto Castle

This floor was the "war room". From here, the Shogun could view the battleground and give orders.

Day 5 This morning we got up early and walked down to Matsumoto Castle. It's a beautiful castle and the inside is a little like a museum with information panels (in English and Japanese) and all sorts of artifacts on display.
