Dutch is a funny language, some words sound like English and just when you convince yourself it is English, you realize it isn't. I had no idea what they said on the flight over because I was trying to figure out what they were saying thinking it was English, but it was really Dutch, and when they were speaking English it sounded like Dutch anyway.

Amsterdam! What would a semester abroad be without at least visiting this interesting city? It actually is a very beautiful city once you get out of the Red Light District. And the coffee shops are actually extremely cute and I think we visited almost all 200 of them that are located in Amsterdam.
