Rome - so much walking, but worth it!

Yesterday we drove into Rome, it is an amazing city, full of so muh history. It was a full on day. We left Florence early in the morning, got to Rome and due to a train strike had to walk 45 minutes to the Collossium. In 35° heat it was a killer. Then we went on a 1.5 hr walking tour around the Collossium and surrounds, so interesting! I just wish I knew more about it so I understood it all ... read more
