You are meant to bury yourself in the hot beach, too cold for this and the shop selling the spades was shut!

On the drive to Lake Taupo we drove past quite a few signs for thermal pools but it wasn’t until we where very near to Rotorua that we stopped at an amazing place called Hells Gate.
