After leaving Broken Hill we headed for Coober Pedy via Pt Augusta and hoped that after the cold of Broken Hill the weather would be a little warmer. It was nice to finally leave the plains and enter the Flinders Ranges, but that didn't last too long before we were back out onto the plains at Port Augusta.
