Early start for day trip to Lebanon but it was well worth it. First stop was Roman ruin Balbeek and then onto Beirut. Beirut is very Western - Zara, Dorthy Perkıns, Subway, Costa Coffee, Dolce & Gabana, Porshe, and lots of people speakıng French.
