this is supposed to be famous, we walked past it not noticing it till we saw people taking photos!

we got to Cuzco by bus to the edge of the city and then got taxis to where we were staying. the place was the hotel corihuasi (something like that spelling!) which was on one of the roads leading off the corners of the plaza de armas. this was really good as it meant we were really close to the main part of the city and could walk everywhere.
