A night time stroll in La Paz 3

But it's so worth it. This is the view from the top, because of the altitude lights dont flicker and they seem more intense. Its like your own private galaxy.

My spanish teacher would be proud of that one. My days are gradually getting busier and busier which is good. Yesterday was busy from early on.
