Universidad San Fransisco is located in Cumbaya, Ecuador. Cumbaya is about 40 miles south of the capital city, Quito. It was the first Liberal Arts college in the country and is among the top 10 best Universitys in the country. I am studying People and Policy of the Andes as well as Ecology and Policy of Ecuador.
