Vegetarian Meal

I'm mostly posting this picture because I know my mom will be so proud of my for all the colors in this meal: roast pumpkin with sesame oil and chili, soybeans sauteed with red peppers, and scrambled eggs with a dandelion-ish green that tastes mildly of juniper. We were going vegetarian on behalf of a house guest.
