Lunch at the Ba Le Well

This fantastic restaurant was a highlight of the trip - the restaurant is right next to well I mentioned in the blog entry. Here you wrap a spring roll, grilled pork, lettuce and herbs in two half-moon sheets of thin rice paper. It was absolutely delicious - and the Vietnamese lady running the business insisted on making nearly all our rolls...obviously we weren't doing it well enough !
