Kivu Catamaran

The fishing boats we saw on Lake Kivu look like two or three dugout canoes strapped together along the length of a couple eucalyptus poles. From the front and back of each canoe, additional poles arc out over the water, presumably to hold fishing nets. We don’t have any idea how the actual fishing process works, but the boats were are pretty.
