I was so proud to stand next to Mr. Xu, the President of Taizhou Teachers College, my dear friend. The honor belongs to him and to Taizhou Teachers College. They have been providing me with a special academic environment and have made me feel so much at home in Taizhou.

Thank you for your many letters and wishes of safety, after another earthquake has destroyed the lifes of so many Chinese in the Western Province of Qinghai, in the mountain county of Yushu.
