So after our epic drive we arrived in Napier in the evening and found a lovely motel on the beach front with great views over the ocean. The moon was fll that night and we took a moonlit walk on the beach (well isnt that what you are suposed to do on your honeymoon) We decided to see the place by bike the next day so we hired a tandem.
