Yes, you are correct we have been here before. This morning we caught our bus from Sihanoukville at 7.30am and arrived back in the crazy capital at 12ish, so a good ride. Hounded by tuk tuk and moto drivers we gave them the slip, they did not look happy, and we walked back to the guest house we stayed in last time.
