We took the popular Architectural Cruise on the river, a great way to see and learn about many of the interesting and groundbreaking buildings found in Chicago.

Bloomington to Chicago

We are in Chicago, following a terrific visit to Bloomington. Many thanks to my niece, Danza, and her husband Matt for being wonderful hosts. We had a great time reconnecting with many family members. Friday night brought us to Cafe Pizzeria, a favorite haunt from college days. Nothing beats the strombolis with bread and butter pickles.
