Do they need that many lanes?

5/30 - We left Santiago and flew to Buenos Aires. We were able to get an earlier flight so we landed around 10:00 pm local time. We landed it was rainy and cool and our driver brought us straight to our hotel. Our hotel was downtown directly on the widest boulevard in the world which I believe was 7 lanes wide each way.
