The horses from NSW were used in the wars, including the Middle East deserts, but couldn't be bought home, so were sold, or shot.

Hi everyone We have enjoyed a couple of nights at free camps with bush fires this week. Camp Blackman, Warrumbungle National Park was great to see the stars. We drove through Coonabarabran, which had lots of telescopes, and other astromony info, including big signs featuring a different star or planet.
