Austrian Food

Austrians like deep-fried food, which is very different from Chinese cooking. As a cantanese, I am used to steemed and fried food, with light flavor. The only acceptable deep-fried food for me is the Liver. The "eating" experience in Austria told me Chinese REALLY know about cooking. No wonder why foreigners like Chinese food.
