After a much more ameniable journey from Vaing Vien to Vientaine we arrived in the capital and got a room in a hotel close to the centre! We had to be up reeeeally early (again) so we arranged for tuk tuk man to come and pick us up to take us to the airport! Our room was really nice...or so we thought....
