The gallows

This pole with cables attached to it had been used, in the former school, for the students to conduct their exercise. The Khmer rouge interrogators tied both hands of the prisoners to the the back by a rope and lifted them up and down until they lost consciousness. They then dunked their heads into filthy water to bring them round and continue with the interrogations
