On the journey to Mysore, the bus wound its way up through the mountains and around 27 hairpin bends! The views looking back down the valleys were amazing. Mysore itself contains beautiful buildings but it has no real buzz to it. Here we visited Mysore Palace which was impressive with mosaics and painted ceilings.
