Kanyakumari is the “Land's End” of the Indian subcontinent and we were keen to dip our toes into where the Bay of Bengal meets the Indian Ocean and the Arabian Sea. It also has great spiritual significance to Hindus and there were a good few Indian tourists there, many keen to practise their English with us.
