The Dispensary here at Arsim services virtually all of northwestern Kenya with medical needs. Our friend, Gloria, is living and working here under the joint auspices of the Government of Kenya (Ministry of Health), ELCK (Evangelical Lutheran Church in Kenya and WMPL (World Mission Prayer League).
