Catena - Pumping Over Caps

On our tour of Catena, we watched the workers pumping the wine over the caps in the large vats. These are premium wines and show the huge production at Catena.

Leaving Santiago The wake-up call came at 5:30AM and we were on the road at 6:50AM. An easy and quick drive to SCL. OK, the older gentleman filling up his car s l o w l y at the Shell station at the airport was a bit tiring. Avis was, as usual, extremely efficient.
