Fiestas, Volcanoes, Spanish and Surfing... We´ve been in Ecuador for less than two weeks and so far have had an amazing start to our South American travels. Ecuador is a great country to start in as it is much smaller than all the other countries we´ll be visiting (about the size of France) so quite managable to get around and it has such varying landscapes.
