Barranco is another suburb of Lima. Christina (the mexican girl) and I visited barranca for a couple of hours in the afternoon. We got there by collectivo - local transport, that is basically a minivan with people hanging out the side yelling the destinations. Barranco was quiant, with a pretty plaza de armas and a library.
