We'll we've managed to get out of our guesthouse today for a small walk down the Soi. We went for our Thai cooking classes yesterday on a farm outside of Chiang Mai, which was amazing. We then went back home to book our treking tour for the next day .... My name is Stephanie and I'm off to travel South East Asia, India and Mainland China. After working 2 years teaching in Taiwan I'm starting this long awaited journey.
