Well, we finally made it to The Islands. We left Quito at 630am Wednesday, and again had no problems with flight, luggage, etc. (Our good luck continues!). Two staff members from the Station picked us up from the airport, drove us around the local town, which has about 4,000 people, and then we made the ascent to our station.
