I had to cross through this intersection to get back to my hostel. And I was so scared! I could tell that these Chinese boys were out for some American blood...

So. Dali. This was actually my favorite place I encountered while traveling in China. It is a small, quaint town that is packed with personality, even if most of it comes from the laowai and tourists.
