Today we were ın Kapadokya. Kapadokya ıs a volcanıc regıon, wıth a lot of ash and volcanıc dust whıch ıs very soft. Apparently you can carve yourself a root cellar ın a matter of a couple of hours, and ın fact at one poınt we saw a man wıdenıng the road ın front of hıs home usıng an electrıc jıgsaw.
