I told you this was an everyday thing. It might look like the same picture but that isn't the same fish. BBQ'd over a small fire of burning coconut shells. Slow cooked until the skin is crispy. Lightly brushed with a mixture of coconut oil, garlic, and salt, giving it added flavor. The Lombok sauce is tomatos, chili, garlic, salt, and coconut oil, mixed and sauteed. The veggies were shredded carrots, cabbage, sliced tomato and cucumber, and lime squeezed over it all.
