Misty New Zealand Morning

Gorgeous, isn't it? What you can't see is right behind me on the island are BULLDOZERS knocking down trees and such to build one of the many new (and every expensive) water front houses in the recently chic New Zealand. We quickly pulled up anchor and went over to Red Head Island.
