One of the most famous statue in the world The statue has recently been restored. The sculpture itself is original, while the pedestal has been replaced and is a replica. The four small bronze statuettes are Jupiter, Mercurius, Minerva and Danae. Wanted by Cosimo I de Medici to symbolize the eternal splitting with the republic institutions. Is the first statue placed under the Loggia - 1554

I woke up at 6 am. I had a very lousy breakfast at 7.30. Breakfast consisted out of 2 very thin slices of bread with some jam. People were trying to find something more to eat, but there wasn’t any.
