Valparaiso est une ville portuaire situee a un peu plus d´une centaine de km de Santiago. Classee au Patrimoine Mondial de l´Humanite par l´UNESCO, Valpo comme les locaux l´appellent est au premier abord une ville grise et qui n´a pas beaucoup de charme.
