Today was the day to head into the heart of the city. We ventured on to the metro to head to the Arc de Triomphe. The metro is fantastic. It is really fast and efficient and it can get you virtually anywhere. They even make an effort to make most of the stations look nice. The station near the Louvre even has museum pieces in it.
