A castle a day keeps the doctor away?

Spent the last couple of days in the South of Scotland. Went and saw the Castle in Stirling - had an excellent audio tour. Striling castle is where the Scottish royalty spent most of their time for about 500 years. Went to Edinburgh the next day. Loved the city - all hills and nooks and cranny's.
