This is one of the things that freaks out people that come to Ecuador. Just...a whole ovenroasted pig staring at you from its vat in markets and on the street. It's so delicious. You get a bag with Mote (hominy) and salad. The person who's selling just grabs pieces of meat with her bare hands and you request how much you want (25 cents to a dollar), and then you're set to go. Really filling. Mr. Chancho.
Quito and Ibarra (twice)

Well, again it's been a long time. This blog is going to be covering a visit to Quito and Ibarra, and then another visit to Ibarra, seperated by about a month I think. Ibarra if you didn't already know, is my favorite place in Ecuador.
