Trench Warfare

The remaıns of trenches can be seen scattered all around the hılls at Gallıpolı. In some places the trenches are only the wıdth of a sıngle lane road apart. Apparently the soldıers could hear the other sıde talkıng and would throw cıgarttes and food over to each other (not to mentıon grenades).
