Up at 4 and straight into the waiting tuk tuk for the journey back to Gaya station. It's dark, and surprisingly cold. The stars, unspoiled by light pollution this far out in the country, are bright and vivid. Our driver stops along the way to pick up his mates, and eventually there are seven people on this thing.
